I agree with the following conditions:

After confirmation on our part you have to transfer a deposit of € 150 per person to our account. You can pay the remaining amount two weeks before the start of the course or pay in cash on arrival at Cordes sur Ciel.
If you cancel up to 4 weeks before the course, you will have to pay € 150 administration costs, even in case of illness. If canceled the entire amount.
